Bio
Coach Hyde brings 31 years of coaching experience to the program. He most recently served as an assistant on the state tournament qualifying team at Lewis County High School in West Virginia. He also was a coach for many years at North Marion High School, winning numerous state championships. He has also coached travel basketball with Husky Elite, WV Rattlers, and most recently with the NCWV Swish.
Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Fairmont State University, majoring in Business Management and Accounting. He is retired from Consol Energy. He went to Mentor High School in Mentor, Ohio where he played basketball and baseball. Jeff now lives in Mannington, West Virginia with his wife Sue. He enjoys coaching basketball and spending time with and spoiling his eight grandchildren. Coach Hyde wants his players to remember not just the wins, but the lessons, the encouragement, and the standard he held them to.
