The Roaring Lions were looking for the upset against the top conference team Penn State York. Going into this game, York had yet to lose a PSUAC game. Fayette was looking to give them their first conference loss of the season.
Right out of the gate, the Lions knew they were playing a tough team. The Lions trailed early. And occasionally, they trailed by double digits. Fayette could not overcome the early deficit. The Lions lost 94-85.
The silver lining in the loss to York was Dominick Jackson's dominance in scoring. He led all scorers with a topnotch 32 points. He also had 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
The Lions have now lost three in a row. They will look to snap their losing streak when they face off against Penn State Mont Alto on Saturday.
