Fayette downed by Greater Allegheny

McKeesport-PA, Penn State Fayette traveled to Penn State Greater Allegheny this past Sunday for a single game match up.  The Roaring Lions were hoping to carry over their recent success against New Kensington to the game against Greater Allegheny.  Fayette would not be able to cap off the game as they crumbled in 5 innings in the loss with a final of 16-1

Highlighted players for Fayette included Ross Mazer with 1 run off of 1 hit and 3 at bats, and Matt Morgan with 1 hit with 2 at bats.

Highlighted players for Greater Allegheny included Brian Koglin with 2 runs and 3 RBI's off of 2 hits and 2 at bats, and Josh Arroyo with 1 run and 4 RBI's off of 1 hit and 3 at bats.

Baseball will be back in action this Wednesday, April 18 for a double header match up as they travel to Penn State Beaver.  First pitch of game one is set for 2:00PM.  First pitch for game two will follow at 4:00PM.
